Hiring Post and Advertisement with A/B test

An idea for audience to relate to an empty seat. Seeking for those who are suitable to seat on this empty seat.

Advertisements were running to increase exposure in social media. I created a/b test in different languages, to observe which group of people are likely to response to our post. In our mind we would like to hire people who knows mandarin. 

But in the end group in mandarin are lesser to response, while most people react in english, but they might still be able to speak mandarin in conclusion.
